The staff is very sweet. My group and I ate sushi while also doing work on our laptops. We enjoyed the food and the suggestions they offered. The staff brought another table attached to us so we had more room. They were consistent to filling up our waters. I never had to ask once. It was refreshing. The spicy salmon and deep fried sushi was divine and delicious. Highly Recommend this place!
This is the sushi restaurant you must visit! It’s our first time and we really enjoyed it. We really enjoyed the food with the additional props (smoke). Service was very good. Very clean restaurant kitchen.

My family took me here for my birthday. The staff was friendly and the food was top quality. My kids loved the sizzling steak and chicken. The dragon rolls and poached salmon were fresh and delicious. The beer and white wine was ice cold. Our new Favourite Sushi place in Newmarket. Thank you!
Our first time going here. Love the nice welcoming and good attitudes. It’s a cozy and clean place. The waitresses were constantly cleaning and taking away the empty dishes. It was a reasonable price for all you can eat(30) on the Easter long weekend. Weekdays is (29). The quality, taste and freshness was good. Definitely recommend them and will be going back. Cheers
We enjoy eating at Golden Maki. The food is always delicious. Cooked items are always hot and all items are presented nicely. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. This is our go to for all you can eat sushi.
We were searching for a new local sushi place to frequent and stumbled across Golden Maki (a hidden gem). Their sushi presentation is very cool and unique! We ordered multiple party platters and they were served on “foggy” boats (achieved with the help of chemistry!). Golden maki also serves their sushi with the perfect amount of avocado in my opinion - enough to enjoy the texture and taste everything. The sashimi was also very fresh. They also serve AYCE but we’ve only tried their a la carte menu so far. I would highly recommend their dragon rolls!
We went to this place on Thursday, July 11th, for dinner. Sindy was our server, and she offered us great service. The food quality was very good and fresh, although the green dragons didn't seem to be as fresh as the other dishes.
